PEPPOL Access Point
PEPPOL, short for Pan-European Public Procurement Online, is a business network that offers an effective and efficient way to exchange business documents, such as various electronic formats, through a highly secure and safe international network. PEPPOL aims to accelerate a fully electronically supported public tendering and procurement process (Public eProcurement) at reduced costs. PEPPOL supports the Directive 2014/55/EU on electronic invoicing for public contracts in the European Union and is the driving force for electronic procurement by public authorities.

HubBroker is a certified PEPPOL Access Point provider, offering you a fast and secure way to exchange documents with the Peppol network. With a PEPPOL Access Point provided by HubBroker, you can electronically exchange business documents such as catalogs, orders, dispatch notifications, and invoices.
The HubBroker’s PEPPOL Access Point accepts data via various protocols such as HTTPS, AS2, AS4, OFTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, and allows you to receive data in the same protocol.
Scope of PEPPOL
Currently, 28 European countries, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore and USA use PEPPOL.
How do I connect to PEPPOL?
To access the benefits of the PEPPOL network, you need to connect to a certified PEPPOL Service Provider (SP). The SP connects your company to the network so you can send e-invoices and other e-documents in the correct format. To receive e-invoices, you must obtain a PEPPOL ID. The ID is a unique identification number which the SP can usually provide.
What’s the difference between PEPPOL and PEPPOL BIS?
In short, PEPPOL is the infrastructure for transferring e-documents and PEPPOL BIS (Business Interoperability Specifications) is the default format for documents sent through the infrastructure. PEPPOL BIS acts as a template and set of rules for how to structure the information in the e-documents.
